Jillian Claire: Columbia, SC, United States; I'm Jillian, I am a Biochemistry and Molecular Biology student at the University of South Carolina. I love science and chemistry and medicine but have always had a passion for food and cooking. For one last adventure before the real world of medical school (hopefully) is upon me and I have no time to cook, I'm going to explore the chemical processes that go into making food and share them with you! I hope that by learning about the chemical relationships within our food we can all become better and healthier cooks :)
